Our Policies – Volt Edge PCs

At Volt Edge PCs, we are committed to transparency, quality, and customer satisfaction. Please review our policies carefully before placing your order.

Returns Policy

We aim to make the returns process straightforward and fair.

Change of Mind

Change of mind returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
Customers must notify us of their intention to return within 14 days of receiving the item.
The customer is responsible for return postage costs.
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
If the product seal has been removed or the box is damaged, a 25% restocking fee may apply.

Faulty Items

Faulty items must be reported within 30 days of delivery.
After inspection, we will offer repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with UK consumer law.

Custom Built PCs

Custom-built PCs are non-refundable unless faulty or damaged.
These systems cannot be returned for change of mind.

Warranty Policy

All Volt Edge PCs include a 12-month parts and labour warranty.
Warranty covers hardware faults under normal use.
Buyer is responsible for shipping the PC to us; collection may be arranged via Royal Mail but shipping costs are not covered.
Opening the PC for any reason other than removing internal packaging voids the warranty.
Changing or upgrading components without authorisation voids the warranty.
No extended warranty is offered at this time.

Shipping Policy

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.
Standard systems are delivered within 7 working days.
Custom PC build delivery times are discussed and agreed prior to build and clearly stated on the order listing.
Delivery is via Royal Mail: Tracked 24, Signed For, or Special Delivery depending on value.

Payment Policy

All standard Shopify-supported payment methods are accepted.
Orders are only built once full payment is verified.
Custom PC quotes are free and valid for 48 hours.
Specifications cannot change after payment.
If a part is unavailable, a substitute of equal or higher value may be offered at no extra charge. Customer may decline, and we will work to find a solution.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase free of charge.
Cancellations within 48 hours are subject to a £30 fee.
After 48 hours, cancellations may not be possible if build has started.

Technical Support

Lifetime technical support is available via email and phone.

Limitation of Liability

Volt Edge PCs is a UK-registered limited company operating in accordance with applicable UK consumer protection laws. Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of data, income, or business interruption. Nothing in this policy excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so under UK law.
